Obed “Coach” Bey is a facilitator and speaker specializing in decision-making under pressure with students and young adults.
His work focuses on helping students recognize pressure in the moment, slow impulsive reactions, and practice making better decisions before consequences follow. Sessions are grounded in real situations students face and aligned with school and program expectations.
Coach Bey has partnered with schools, juvenile facilities, and youth programs to support emotional regulation, improve decision-making under stress, and reinforce shared language around behavior and accountability.
He was recognized as the 2025 Beverly Newman Volunteer of the Year with Kern County Probation and is trusted by educators, program leaders, and staff across a range of educational and youth-serving environments.
